These “One-on-One” coaching programs are spread over a long period and offer maximum flexibility, focusing on the specific needs of the executive.

The Executive Coaching program is conducted personally by Tommy Topp who has, not only had personal experience in coaching General Managers and Executives, but has also worked in a senior capacity in the field of Human Resources and as a General Manager specialising in turning loss making companies into profitable enterprises.

Although this program is directed at Executives, we have also had a lot of success in using it as a development program for “fast track” managers.
